Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

Want to make a complaint?

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.  Our system meets national criteria.

If you have a complaint or a problem with the way the practice is run, please ask the receptionist for a complaints form this will then be passed on to the Practice Manager/Office Manager who will contact you to discuss further.

All complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and are properly investigated.

We aim to give you the highest possible service and try to deal swiftly with any problems that may arise.
